Happy 2nd Birthday!
To celebrate these twins second birthday we got together to photograph their family of four at a beautiful local park in Spring Lake, NJ. And wow does time fly! It seems like just yesterday I was photographing them as newborns! (The year 2020 was like a time warp I think – totally doesn’t exit haha)

Their 2nd year milestone session was at Divine Park in Spring Lake. A gorgeous park with lots of features like bridges, water, benches, trees + landscaping, and of course a playground, all of which we used as backdrops for their photos. The twins looked so cute in their matching blue button-ups with khaki shorts! This family always dresses to impress.
The boys have grown so much since I saw them a year ago – I loved seeing how their personalities have grown. They were so funny, curious, sweet/sensitive, and playful. When we first got together I had their family stand in a line together and to get the boys to look at each other and interact I asked them to high-5. They then ran towards me as fast as they could, giggling, to give ME a high-5! It was so adorable. Safe to say we had fun together at their 2nd birthday milestone session!
Here are some more highlights:
We ended our portrait session with an outfit change for candid photos of them playing on the playground together. They had fun on the slides and swings! I loved at the end when they were finished, they gave the sign language for “all done” and that was that – we went home happy. 🙂
