I can’t believe little miss Eva Mae turned ONE years old this fall! She’s grown so quickly and into the cutest, curious little nature-lover!
We took 1st birthday portraits of her outdoors in her front yard in Sussex County, NJ. It’s always such a pleasure to photograph up there near my home town… Especially at this home! I’ve worked with this family a few times and we’ve been able to find the best little corners of their yard for the backdrops of each of their family sessions and portraits.
Her mom and I set up a tree stump, the letters O-N-E, and an “Eva Mae” sign that hangs in their home. It’s sentimental to our photo shoots because we used that sign in the maternity session images we took over a year ago! It created the perfect little space for her portraits!
She was all smiles for her 1st birthday portraits, as you can see! I loved her blue floral top, golden yellow shoes and that cute little bow! <3
Afterwards, we got her big brother to sit in for a few portraits with her. These two are so cute together!
