Whoa – 2023 was an awesome year for Heather Palecek Photography!! There’s a lot to celebrate this year, both professionally and personally.
With Heather Palecek Photography, I collaborated with so many of my past clients to create memorable family portraits and met & photographed a bunch of new families too! I loved getting to know my new 2023 families and it feels great to see some of the same faces year after year. Together we hiked, celebrated milestones and births, hung out at home and visited some of my favorite parks!
The fine arts side of my photography endeavors thrived in 2023 with a documentary about my art featured on PBS, a solo exhibition in Boston and a multitude of exhibitions worldwide. I also taught photography workshops at The Halide Project in Philadelphia and the Vermont Center for Photography and curated an exhibition at Unique Photo in Philadelphia!
Things in my personal life were interesting and fun, too! I bought a home in Three Bridges, NJ and will be based out of this adorable farmy town for a while. I’m looking forward to finding new locations for family photo shoots in the area and sharing them all with you! I travelled to France for two magical weeks this summer, spent many fabulous weekends at my cabin in the Adirondacks with family and friends, and did some renovations up there too!
I can’t thank all of you enough for continuing to trust me to create family heirlooms for you. Your support of my business over the last 13 years means so much to me. I’m sincerely thankful for each and every one of you for my continued growth and establishment as a local family & celebration photographer. I wouldn’t be doing what I’m doing every day if it wasn’t for each of you. Thank You!
I’m looking forward to seeing you in 2024 & for all the milestones and memories we’ll capture together!
